At The Tunic Shop, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish, including efficient and reliable shipping services. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Kindly Note: 

Duties: International orders may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer in order to clear the package. Refusing to pay the charges will result in your package being discarded by the courier. THE TUNIC SHOP will not refund or replace any orders in these circumstances. 

In the event that you refuse or miss your package delivery, and your package gets sent back to our warehouse (which may take several weeks), we can only provide a refund for the value of the items ordered, after deducting a return shipping and restocking fee. This fee varies depending on your shipping address. Please note, the original shipping fee for your order will not be refunded. 

What if my tracking says “delivered” but I did not receive it? 

If the tracking states that the package was delivered and you did not receive your package or believe that the package is lost, we are happy to look into it and take the appropriate measures to get you your package. You must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery notice so that we can expedite the situation and resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier. We can assist you with this process. Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once orders are placed, they are processed immediately. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been submitted. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, kindly contact info.thetunicshop@gmail.com right away so that we can check to see if the correction is possible. We will always try our best to correct any mistakes, however, we can’t guarantee that it is always possible to do so.  

    • CANADA Standard Economy Shipping: Typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

    • USA Standard Economy Shipping: Typically takes 10-12 business days for delivery. 

    • International Economy Shipping: Typically takes 12-16 business days for delivery.    

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

  2. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

  3. International Shipping: Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs regulations. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for any such fees.

  4. Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet certain criteria. Keep an eye out for these special offers on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

  5. Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as Canada Post, DHL, USPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause delays.
