Where does The Tunic Shop ship from?

The Tunic Shop is based in Canada, and all orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian warehouse.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship within:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • International destinations worldwide

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.


How long does shipping take?

Canada

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

United States

Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days

International

Estimated delivery: 12–16 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, weather delays, or carrier delays.


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.


Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?

Canadian Orders

Canadian customers may be charged applicable provincial or federal sales taxes at checkout.

United States Orders

U.S. customers may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on the value of the shipment and state regulations.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our prices unless otherwise stated.


What happens if I refuse to pay customs duties or taxes?

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier penalties.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any fees charged back to us by the shipping carrier will be deducted from the refund.

In some cases, refused international shipments may be abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities and may not qualify for a refund.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Contact us immediately before the order ships.
  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

The Tunic Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and mailbox.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off.

The Tunic Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with a carrier investigation.


What if my package is lost in transit?

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the last tracking update.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue where possible.


Do you offer refunds for shipping delays?

Shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control are not eligible for refunds.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or suitable resolution.


Can I return international orders?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, customs fees, and duties are non-refundable.
